I actually reckon that she has a decent shot of being re-elected next year for a fourth term. The Queensland LNP is still very much not a competent governing outfit and instead of recycling out the old after the 2015 defeat they have kept the hangers-on around, the opposition leader himself being the health minister that basically destroyed thousands of health jobs and contributed to their defeat. People are mad at the premier now but they may soon forget as the state is the best performing in the nation by a mile. I predict either that the LNP will win by the skin of their teeth and then lose in 2028, or somehow the premier will pull off an unexpected win.

Its more likely that Labor will lose and come back instantly in 2028 as the LNP have no clue at a Queensland state level. The problem is now is that the media is trained on the crime issue which has been seemingly set up by the LNP.

I’m curious how you define best performance (I don’t agree or disagree, I’m not familiar with QLD state politics. Just curious what that means to you)

@Reuben M.D. It's the best performing state economy in the country in jobs, output and domestic migration, ie its where everyone wants to move to. It is also one of the few states in surplus. The state is performing so well its a victim of its own success.

@MajorTopHat Yeah this is a fairly likely scenario, but I wouldn't count the premier out.

I actually think it'll be a minority government with Labor still ruling the roost. As you say, the LNP still hasn't sorted their issues out

Australian voting is based on who do you hate more! Its never about good leadership.

Queenslanders, do the right thing, vote her out. If I was from QLD I definitely would.

5:15 I think that was meant to be Labor Premier, unless she is gunning for Sir Joh's record

We can't afford another term of her 😕

In March the ABC was rejoicing that all mainland governments and the federal government were Labor. The end of the Liberal Party was nigh, just like the ABC suggested in 2007 when the Tasmanian government was Labor too. The Labor Party was suckered by the commentary and its governments became complacent or arrogant. One by one the Libs/Coalition returned to government in all but the parasitic ACT. We are seeing it again. Queensland, NT and WA Labor governments shedding support rapidly. The Victorian government is taking on the sort of stench that saw Labor, then under the "election winning" Kenneally (so believed none other than arch conservative Andrew Bolt), ousted in NSW in 2011 and kept out of power for 12 years. Federal Labor's test of public trust, its Voice referendum, is showing signs the public does not trust it at all.

I've listen to this video searching for the fascinating Idea ans could'nt find it. Is it a good Idea for hospitals? Being in shortage of staff in Canada, we could use any solutions to help. If you could please write it, it could help us and others since the problem is almost everywhere. I'd share it the most I can. It would be much appreciated Many thanks in advance 👍😊

Lock up criminals,no sympathy for these low life's. We actually need to be stricter on youth crime.
13 дней назадMajorTopHat +4
results in recidivism, not the best way to deal with youth crime, need more money in youth programs and support for younger people.
